They remind me a lot of Bisquick biscuits, but with a more homemade taste. I roasted the bananas beforehand in their peels until they started to caramelize, then added a hint of nutmeg, ground ginger, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. I'm eating them as we speak, spread with peanut butter and honey.
